ME!! :)
i have been so so so stressed! I was teaching a clogging class at a little studio in Lindon. it.was.great! but i just felt like i had to move on. One problem... moving on without a replacement job!
So i started to search and look for a good job. well... i realized that they are building a community center about a mile away from my house. i was all over that. i started emailing this lady, and i sent in my resume (props to dad). within 2 days, she wanted me to have an interview with her!
at this place, i wanted to teach a couple of dance classes. so i danced for her and she was so excited! She also asked me if i wanted to be a Pretty Princess for princess parties. once again i was all for it! i felt like the interview went amazing! i could tell she really liked me!
About a week later, i got an email from her and it said that i am hired! i am SO excited!! tomorrow i get to meet with her and she will give me the rundown of whats going to happen!
Jobs are nice to have but takes TONS of responsibility.

[...great...]
Waking up at 5:00 in the morning, not being able to sit down for 4 hours, face cramping up from trying to smile, feet bleeding, holding a dance move for 10 hours each.. that's what summer Drill brings to you.
I am so sore. end of story.
My arms hurt so bad its hard for me to drive. My legs are so sore i can't stand up. to make this even better, for our fundraiser we are selling discount tickets. so i have to walk around going door to door for hours, with my body that is about to give out and break. great. my question is... why do people need to have a set of stairs at the front of their homes, leading to their front door?! your killing me! you think i can even walk on flat ground?
but all in all...
its worth it! :)

[It's just the Beginning]
So I have an AMAZING feeling that summer is going to be unreal this year! (maybe because it has been perfect so far)
So last night i went up the canyon and had a campfire with some of my amazing friends. Chloe. Stephanie. and Caitlin. More girls were going to come up but they could not find us. I swear we drove around for about 30 minutes looking for a open fire pit! I think we were almost out of the canyon by the time we found an empty one! Everything just got better from here...!
Us girls had to start the fire. I think you could imagine how funny that would look! Our fire started out burning off of wood. Then we started to run out. So me and Stephanie decided to go for a hike looking for dead branches and such... Well let me say that if me and Steph had to survive in the wild together, without anyone else helping us, and all we had was a baby ax... we would die! Steph tried to chop down branches and i tried to kick down branches... yes, that did not work! So we picked up some little sticks and pine cones off the ground and hoped that it would add to our baby fire! Well pretty soon we were out of wood completely. Thank goodness we all brought all of our binders filled with old homework! Our fire consisted of the following materials: paper. It was great! I think we went through 2 tree's of paper!
We ate HUGE marshmallows. When i say huge i really mean it! It took me about 15 minutes to gag the whole thing down! I swear they were the size of my head. We also roasted, mikandikes and starbursts on a fire made of burning homework! I cannot even tell you enough how much fun this was!
Well, that was how my summer shabang started off. If summer continues to be this fantastic, i won't mind it at all! ;)
